For our second essay contest, we’ve chosen a seasonally appropriate theme–holiday rituals. You can use the theme broadly as a backdrop (for example, questioning why holiday office parties exist while recounting a particularly cringe-worthy moment from one). Or, get specific and tell the world about your family’s strange, Festivus-like holiday ritual, your newly adopted rituals as an adult (and perhaps parent), or your total rejection of holiday behavior.
